Category: “Somewhere” Series

This series of works combines the technical confidence acquired by the artist after many years of creative practice, and her fidelity to an intuition cultivated through life. Their development begins as Said experiments with the paper, which she paints and texturizes. The folds, wefts, rips, and the various tones obtained in this way are then expressively enhanced in the composition, using the collage technique. Therefore, interior landscapes emerge as areas where the Being manifests itself in its silent poetic tessitura.
